The house is within walking steps to Elk Lake, Royal Oak bus exchange, Broadmead village with a variety of shops, and Commonwealth Recreation Centre with a pool, sauna, hot tub, and fitness centre. Guests can enjoy rowing, swimming, and kayaking in the area.
Victoria city centre and Inner Harbour is 10 minutes’ drive away. Victoria International Airport is 17 km away.
