Ideally located 2 steps from the thalassotherapy centre, 200 m from the large beach and the nautical base, furnished tourist apartment classified 2 stars of 26 m², South/West orientation on the garden.
It is located on the 1st floor (no lift) in the private residence "Les Maisons de Port An Dro 1" in Carnac-Plage, in a very quiet environment, private access road.
This comfortable studio, with neat and cozy decoration, is ideal for 2 people and has all the assets to make your stay a pleasant one.

ADVANTAGE: everything can be done on foot.
In less than 5 minutes you will reach the heart of the seaside resort with its shops, restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors and its many activities.

THE LITTLE PLUS: 2 bikes are available in a closed room specific to the residence (deposit €150).

Your stay will allow you to discover CARNAC and its surroundings: seaside resort located in the bay of Quiberon, CARNAC has all the assets to make you spend excellent holidays: 5 fine sandy beaches, thalassotherapy, golf, tennis, casino, cinema, Nautical base, equestrian center, cycling or hiking, markets, shellfish gathering, archaeological sites... not to mention the famous Gulf of Morbihan and its magnificent islands.

NON-SMOKING RENTAL - SECONDARY RESIDENCE - OUR FRIENDS ANIMALS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

For your comfort you will find:
- 1 kitchen/dining area with 1 ceramic hob, 1 fridge with freezer compartment, 1 microwave, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 electric kettle, 1 toaster, 1 iron and 1 ironing board, all cooking utensils, kitchen for 4 people
- 1 lounge area with 1 convertible sofa (new equipment - easy opening "Rapido" very comfortable mattress 17 cm thick", pillows, duvet and sheets provided). Bed made on arrival.
- 2 armchairs, 1 coffee table, 1 low cabinet, 1 32-inch LED TV
- 1 bathroom including: 1 bathtub with shower set, 1 washbasin with cabinet, 1 WC (shower sheets and towels)
- 1 entrance hall with 1 service; 1 closet with wardrobe; vacuum cleaner, broom…

Possibility of providing small baby equipment (cot, bath, etc.)
Heating by new generation electric convectors (soft heat).
Numbered private parking space.
