45 minutes from Le Mans and the 24 Hours circuit, 30 minutes from Tours and Vendôme, this semi-troglodyte house located in a 10,000 m² wooded park on the banks of the river (fishing possibility) is nestled in the valley of the Dème.
Less than 5 minutes by car (15 minutes by bike) is the town of La Chartre-sur-le-Loir, a very dynamic town renowned for its numerous second-hand dealers, antique dealers, artists and traditional businesses which continue, as well as its Hôtel de France, including the history is closely linked to that of the Aston Martin, Bentley and Ford teams involved.
This part of the Loir valley is also a region where the northernmost wines of the Vins de Loire appellation are produced: Coteaux-du-Loir and the famous Jasnières. Cellars and cellars can be visited all around La Chartre-sur-le-Loir, where there are also many restaurants
The accommodation has two bedrooms with double bed (160 x 200 & 140 x 200), a smaller one on the ground floor also with double bed, a single bed in the living room.
