Our typical Morgatoise holiday home is located just 200 meters on foot from the beach and 400 m on foot from the center of Morgat, its shops and restaurants, the port, water activities and direct access to the GR34. It is therefore ideally placed if you want a car-free holiday!
You will appreciate the charm of Morgat, a small resort on a human scale that has remained authentic and yet very lively in season, both on the port and on the beach. Everyone will find something here to delight their passions: hiking on foot or on two wheels in breathtaking landscapes, between moors and pines, sailing along a coast renowned for the variety of its colors and set with caves, lounging on immense beaches or more intimate coves, take the wave as a beginner or experienced surfer, discover the route of the fortifications and a whole open-air historical heritage.
**THE HOUSE**
It accommodates 2 to 6 people for family holidays.
With a simple comfort that makes its charm and authenticity, our visitors appreciate the friendly and warm atmosphere of the house, renovated in 2022. Its garden and its small interior courtyard, both landscaped and well exposed, await you for your naps , moments of relaxation, meals and aperitifs in the shade of the weeping willow.
It offers a surface of accommodation of 110 M2.
Sheets are provided and beds made on arrival.
Towels and beach towels are not provided.
** On the ground floor**
- entrance veranda: shoe area, WC
- counter kitchen open to living room: dishwasher, washing machine, combined refrigerator, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
- lounge area: television, wifi, board games, books
- the veranda-living room opening onto a small terrace with access stairs to the garden.
- storage cupboards (ironing board and iron, dryer, vacuum cleaner, brooms, cleaning kit).
** Upstairs **
- a double bedroom (wood side of Kador and sea) – bed 140
- a family room (inner courtyard and street side) consisting of a 140 double bed and attic space with 2 single beds accessible by a small staircase (note: access and space not suitable for very young children)
- the bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, fan heater)
**EXTERIORS**
- The garden (enclosed): table and chairs, barbecue, sunbeds
- Access courtyard (closed): the “nursery” (storage of pushchairs, bicycles, beach items, fishing, diving, surfing, etc.), garden hose for rinsing equipment… and sandy feet!
- Parking:
No private parking but easy parking near the accommodation in the street.
**Animals and tobacco**
In order to respect people with respiratory frailties, to minimize the risk of allergy and out of respect for all successive occupants, animals are not allowed and the house is "non-smoking".
**Household**
You will find on your arrival a clean house, to be returned clean. However, it is possible for you to book departure cleaning on request when booking or on the day of your arrival (80 €).
**Charges and consumption**
The rental price includes water and electricity on the basis of normal consumption. In the event of excessive overrun (e-meter reading), this may give rise to additional invoicing.
** Located in a residential area and out of respect for the neighborhood, please note that rentals to groups of young friends are not desired. Likewise, loud parties and parties are not permitted.
**BOOKING CONDITIONS**
- To confirm your reservation, we will ask you for the payment of a deposit amounting to 30% of the rental amount. Balance at the latest 45 days before the date of arrival.
