Located on 3 hectares of land, the house consists of a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the west terrace. Upstairs 2 large bedrooms and WC: one with a slight sloping ceiling, furnished with a double bed, the second with a view of the swimming pool, equipped with two single beds that can be joined together. A private garden is also at your disposal.
