Motorcyclists welcome Character house, entire, located 5 minutes walk from the city center and shops, the house is located in a small, very quiet dead end.
In the basement you will have a large garage, with washing machine available. PETS ACCEPTED (only 1 dog under 10kg)
On the ground floor you will find a large fitted kitchen, opening onto a balcony, a large bedroom, as well as the living room, dining room leading to a large sunny south-facing terrace, where you can dine and relax. Below you will find the enclosed garden. On the same floor you have wc and independent bathroom.
Upstairs you will have 2 large bedrooms, as well as a bathroom and toilet.
The nearest beach is 5 minutes walk from the residence, the port of Cancale and its oyster market, as well as restaurants 7 minutes walk
If you like walking, you can discover the entire seafront by following the customs paths from the tip of Crolles to the tip of Grouin.
Finally you can discover the charms of the Emerald Coast by visiting the corsair city of Saint-Malo, the seaside town of Dinard, the medieval city of Dinan, and of course Le Mont-Saint-Michel.
If you want to make a getaway on the island of Jersey, you can embark from the maritime station of Saint-Malo on the fast ferry which will transport you in less than 45 minutes.
The fine sandy beaches are 5 min by car, 10 min by bike from the house.

"Séjour parfait"
Maison très conforme à la description avec une cuisine très bien équipée et une terrasse très agréable. Proche de la mer et du centre ville, tout est accessible à pied. Et le propriétaire et un homme charmant et très conciliant et serviable.
