House of 160 m², recently renovated, benefits from an ideal setting with green space, very quiet, peaceful, not overlooked. It is located at the entrance to the village, 50 meters from a cycle path, 1.5 km from the town center, 300 meters from the first shops. Parking is provided right in front of the house.

A good level of equipment is available, with its five air-conditioned rooms on the first floor and ground floor.

It consists of a fully equipped open kitchen opening onto the living room, 3 bedrooms on the ground floor with 160*200 bedding, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets,

1 pantry with fridge. Upstairs, a mezzanine with 2 bedrooms with 2 beds of 90 in each.
Towels and bed linen are only provided for stays longer than 3 days.

You will have an enclosed garden, where the space will be furnished with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue... Some children's games will also be made available. Possibility of using childcare equipment if necessary (on request).

You will be only 9 km from the ocean (8-10 minutes by car or by bike for sports enthusiasts), 15 km from Lake Longarisse and La Grande Escourre. You can also take an excursion to the Médoc vineyard located 40-45 minutes away, Bordeaux 45-50 minutes away.

25 minutes from the nearby Lège Cap-Ferret peninsula, you can discover the small oyster farming villages, visit the Arcachon Bay by boat: Ile aux Oiseaux, Banc d'Arguin...

Important information for your arrival:

Arriving from Bordeaux, when you enter Le Porge, you will have the Intermarché on your right and 150m after you will have a speed bump and the Allée de Villeneuve immediately on the left parallel to the cycle path.

Once on the Allée de Villeneuve you go about 800m and again on your left, crossing the cycle path, you will have a small tarmac path and it will be the first house on your left.
