- living room with kitchen area equipped with oven, hotplates, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, TV. Living room opening onto a south-facing terrace with awning, not overlooked,
- bathroom with shower and washing machine,
- Independent WC.
Upstairs :
- 1 first bedroom with a 140 cm bed,
- 1 second bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed.
Towels and sheets not provided.
Outside :
- enclosed garden of approximately 100 m², garden furniture, deckchairs,
- small storage room,
- two adjoining parking spaces.
On site: market on Mondays in summer, numerous cycling and walking routes departing from the residence, kindergarten, bowling alley, sailing school and fishing on foot (oysters, shrimps, clams), all nearby.
