Located in a quiet area of a beautiful Provencal village, Vedène, 8 km from Avignon and cross the paths of Provence.
The property is fenced, secure parking with an electric gate, well planted garden (automatic watering) surrounds the pool secure. A pool house with shower and toilet avoids trips to the house.
Barbecue grills and allows beautiful evenings under the arbor.
Terraces and courses are shaded and provide many places to relax.
The house is on two levels: the day area occupies the ground floor and includes a living - dining room of 50m², the kitchen is very well equipped, pantry and toilet complete the picture.
One reaches the floor by a staircase down. The sleeping area is composed of 3 large rooms, a bathroom and a bathroom, separate toilet. A large balcony offers a beautiful view of the medieval village and on the hill.
