Welcome to our cottage located less than 2 km and 4 minutes by car from the Séquoia Redwood thermal baths and SPA of Vals les Bains and 11 km and 16 minutes from those of Neyrac

Tourist town bordered by the Ardèche where you can bathe and swim 5 minutes walk from the house or opposite take the green and cycle path but also the marked hiking trails.

Your new loft accommodation, not overlooked, quiet, independent entrance on one level offers a surface area of 50 m². Air conditioning and central heating. It is bathed in light and vegetation thanks to these 3 windows and its double bay windows opening onto your east-facing wooden terrace to have breakfast.
To the south to enjoy the deckchairs, very large terrace overlooking the garden which slides towards the river and a second garden where you will find a bench and coolness in the shade of an oak tree.

On the bathroom side, Italian shower with stone shower tray. A radiator-blower towel dryer is there for your well-being.
In the large living room, a piece of furniture separates the sleeping area with a 140x190 bed from the living area with its three-seater convertible sofa and armchairs facing the view of the treetops.
