Come and spend a pleasant stay in Pradons in this small, simple and functional village house. Ideal for a couple enjoying outdoor sports or a young family.
Built on 3 levels, it consists of a kitchen with hob, microwave, coffee machine and a small BZ.
On the 1st floor, a sleeping area with bunk beds, a bathroom, a washing machine and separate toilets.
A large bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a wardrobe and an air conditioner on the 3rd level.

The bed linen is provided.
Small pets are accepted.

The house in the center of Place de l'Église is ideally located, 5 minutes from the river, hiking trails and the greenway on foot.
A small leisure park with private swimming area is a 15-minute walk away.
A bus stop is nearby for easy travel. In the village, there is a supermarket, small local shops, a bar restaurant.
You will be 30 minutes from the Ardèche gorges, the Chauvet cave, beautiful villages like Labeaume, Vogüé, Balazuc.
Around 1.5 hours from the house, you will find the freshness of the Ardèche mountains or, closer, a well-being break at the thermal baths of Vals-les-Bains or Aubenas and its market on the Place du Château.
