Small garden with large terrace, BBQ, sun loungers (everything will be installed for the summer)

We are located 20 min walk from the city center of Dinan, supermarket, bakery 10 min walk.
House in a quiet cul-de-sac
The first accessible beaches: Lancieux, Saint-Briac, Dinard, Saint-Lunaire are 20 minutes away by car
Saint-Malo 30 min away, Mont-Saint-Michel 45 min away
Also enjoy the Rance valley, hikes, bike rides on the greenway and towpath or canoeing on the Rance canal, port of Dinan 5 minutes by car
To the west you will find Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, Erquy, Cap Fréhel, Fort la Latte, Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer
Arrival time: 3 p.m. – Departure time: 10 a.m.
