Hiking trailsTERRA DIU which means "Terre Dieu" in Occitan, is the name of the plot where the house was built in the 1970s, by an artisan mason from the village.
Located close to the village of Saint-Avit-Sénieur, whose abbey is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the house has been renovated by us.
We have tried to keep some original elements, and to give it a second youth or even a new life.
Fully equipped, it enjoys a unique view of the village.
The house, cool in summer, is ideal for family vacations.
At the edge of the black and purple Périgord, in a quiet area, near the major sites of Périgord, it is waiting for you to make you discover the wonders of our splendid department.

Moments privilégiés dans un gîte très agréable d où l on domine le village de Saint Avit Senieur. On n a qu’une envie , c est d y revenir.
