The apartment has been completely renovated, it has a separate entrance.
On the first level: an equipped kitchen/living room area, shower and WC.
On the second level: a sleeping area made up of 2 suites, each with two bedrooms and a bathroom.

A private, enclosed courtyard with terrace area can accommodate: motorcycles, bicycles and 2 cars.
A park adjoins the house, two tennis courts can be reserved.

This cottage/apartment is located 4 km from Dijon train station and the city center.
Bus number 12 takes you to the station, the city center, and the city of gastronomy of Dijon in 10 minutes. The stop is located 100 meters from the house.
At 800 meters, crossing the Plombières gardens, you reach Lake Kir and its beach with on its banks the "Odysseo" cabaret with a magnificent show, a restaurant - bar / chalet "Le K".
In the town, 200 meters from the house, you will have all the amenities: bakery - pharmacy - medical center - tobacco/press - bar/PMU - Carrefour Express - Eat Market - medical center - dentist.
Many hiking trails converge towards Plombières, the first village in the Ouche valley, with its renowned vineyards on the Cras plateau and the neighboring town of Marsannay-la-Côte at the start of the Grands Crus route.
