Rental of a pleasant gite of 100 m² located in Marsac sur L'Isle, 7 km from Périgueux. Open all year round, weekends (except July and August) and short stays possible, can accommodate 7 people.
Completely renovated in 2014.
Labeled Gite de France 3 ears in 2015. It allows you to spend pleasant holidays with family or friends, come and discover a house full of charm in a calm and peaceful environment, planted with a large park with secure private swimming pool (reserved only for people who rent the cottage) 2 garden furniture, plancha, barbecue, deckchairs, 1 beach volleyball court, swing for children and bicycles. Ideally located in the center of Périgord. We are lucky to be in a very rich region in terms of culture, gastronomy and history.
Near the cottage the greenway and bike route which allows you to travel more than 100 km and the forest with its hiking trails.
This independent house near the owners' house is composed: on the ground floor of a living room with fitted kitchen with all comforts, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, induction gas cooker, toaster, electric coffee maker and kettle all open to a living room with TV, DVD player, radio with CD player, and WiFi. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and Tankarville.
Still on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and wardrobe, 3 bathrooms with WC, walk-in shower, hair dryer, basin with cupboard and mirror, wall heating, each individual. Upstairs 1 large bedroom with 1 90 cm bed (with drawer that can sleep 1 more child) 1 140 cm bed and WC.
the heating is electric paying from October 1st to May 30th. 1 large plot with private parking.
