With a breathtaking view of the mountains, on the ground floor, a large living room including a sofa (sleeps 1.40), television, radio, and terrace area, as well as an equipped kitchen.
Access to the sleeping area is via a covered outdoor staircase. It consists of a bedroom with a 140 bed with the possibility of adding an extra child's bed, and a smaller one with a 90 bed. Bathroom (shower), toilets are upstairs.
This apartment is located 4.5 km from Briançon and the departure of the PROREL gondola which gives access to the Serre Chevalier resort.

"Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux !"
A seulement 10mn de Briancon et des télécabines du Prorel, vous retrouverez l’authenticité et le calme d’une m. de village au cœur d’un hameau plein sud sur les montagnes italiennes. Vous serez au départ des rondos à pieds ou à vélo l’été et à 2 pas des pistes de serre-Chevalier l’hiver!. Je recommande vivement !
