Heated poolSituated in the beautiful Dordogne, five kilometres from the pretty market town of Lalinde and just half an hour's drive from Bergerac airport, Les Voyelles is a tranquil retreat for adults only.
It's the perfect place to relax, unwind, explore and enjoy. Nestled in the privacy you have a choice of two luxurious self catering holiday cottages.
Menabilly Cottage cosy and quaint with lots of charm, is the perfect escape for two. Whether it’s reading a book in one of the relaxing armchairs or enjoying a coffee on the private patio in the sun, Menabilly has everything you need to unwind and switch off.
Situated on the first floor the air conditioned bedroom is light and cosy with super king size bed and en-suite shower room, with large walk in shower.
The open plan living area with patio doors opening onto the terrace, has views over the garden and is fully equipped for all year round use. Melt away in the armchairs with your favourite book whilst enjoying the pellet fire in the cooler evenings.
The private terrace is the perfect space to relax and unwind in the sun. Chill out in the recliners or enjoy some lunch whilst soaking up the views. Sunsets and stars are incredible from this spot.
The heated swimming pool with large terrace and undercover seating area also has views over the garden, and fields beyond - the perfect place to chill and unwind. Sunsets with a glass of wine are a particular favourite in this spot.
The town of Lalinde situated on the Dordogne river about 20km east of Bergerac, is an English bastide town founded in 1261. There is a market every Thursday morning filled with fresh local produce. Market days are always a very social occasion, there are plenty of places to enjoy a coffee or a meal and a glass of wine.
Lalinde has the Dordogne river on one side and a pretty canal on the other. The canal built over 150 years ago runs between Mauzac and Tulieres, and is a great place for walking, cycling and fishing.
Lalinde also has a railway station with connections to Bordeaux, Bergerac, St Emillion, and Sarlat-la-Caneda
