The cottage in which the 2 gîtes are located sits on the side of a small valley where a river flows, next to the main building which is an old mill formerly converted into a fish farm before becoming a family property. Independent access to the gîte.
You will find yourself in a real bubble of lush greenery, on 5 hectares shared between the forest, the river, a marshy part, and some meadows, populated by numerous domestic animals - dogs, cats, sheep, goats, gardens... wild.
The gîte is on one level overlooking the garden allowing you to enjoy the view of the valley. It has a sleeping area - double bed - and a living room with kitchenette partially separated by a bathroom - shower - and separate WC.
Possibility of 1 additional bed in the living room - 190 wide bed -
