The old house of 85 m², facing south is surrounded by an enclosed garden of 1200 m², with flowers and trees, with shaded corners, view of the village and the wooded valley, garden furniture, barbecue, private parking.

The house is bright and decorated with care: beautiful living room with lounge area (and possibility of 2 comfortable 80/200 beds), flat screen television, dining area for 6 to 8 people; the new and super equipped kitchen extends the dining area: sufficient crockery, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, extractor hood, oven and microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment. Cloakroom and toilet with washbasin.

Go upstairs, by the beech wood staircase: the master bedroom with luxury comfort bed 180/200 and its bathroom: shower 90/90, washbasin and WC.

In July and August: Les Puces take place every Saturday morning on the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville, Les Rencontres Musicales de Noyers take place in the city from July 10 to 20.

The month of November is punctuated by the famous Burgundy Truffle Markets.
