Le Logis de Marthe

This family house is an old farmhouse typical of the Perigord white. It has just been renovated from floor to ceiling.
Here, more of traditional polyculture but leisure, relaxation and lifestyle.
Located in a quiet village, it overlooks the beautiful valley of Salembre.
From the sheltered terrace, facing south, the view is splendid.

The house consists of a living room with a large fireplace equipped with a wood stove, a kitchen, a pantry, a bathroom, 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom: 1 bed 140 / room 2: 1 bed 140 / bedroom 3: 2 beds 90).
The antique furniture is married to modern decorative elements, all creating a warm atmosphere.
At the front, the pleasant covered terrace communicates with a closed garden, well flowered, adorned with a banana tree and an old vine.
In the back, the house has a second walled garden, shaded by fruit trees.
