The entire gîte includes the entire ground floor of a new villa.
It has parking and access independent of that of the owners.
It faces SOUTH WEST and will offer you magnificent sunsets over the Cévennes mountain range.
Fully air-conditioned, it includes a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a 160 cm sofa bed in the living room, a billiard table, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, an open kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need to fully enjoy your meals in the shade of the 40 m² covered terrace.
The relaxation area and sauna communicate with the covered terrace or directly from inside the gîte.
The indoor pool is heated to 30° all year round and counter-current swimming will allow you to exercise and enjoy the benefits of hydrotherapy.
For the traditional 2-person sauna, essential oils will be at your disposal.
In the garden, you will find a gas barbecue, a table tennis table and deck chairs for those who love relaxing.
On the property, 100 meters from the entrance to the gîte, you will access the children's play area located in the shade of oak trees with swings and trampoline.
From this space, you can access the Mont BOUQUET hiking trails directly from the property.
You will benefit from a WiFi internet connection.
