In an old restored farmhouse, on 1.7 ha, the cottage is quietly located on the edge of a small village in the Limousin countryside, the land of forests and water.

Easily accessible (5 min from the A20 motorway, exit 23), 10 min from all amenities, you are also 10 min from La Souterraine, 20 min from Limoges.

Gîte for 2 to 7 people, 62 m², adjoining the owners' house but separated by an 80 cm thick wall (so you can make noise!), entrance and terrace on the facade opposite that of the owners.
The interior is made up of a living room, lounge area with sofa bed, television, dining area with fitted kitchen table and benches in solid oak. A bedroom with a 140 cm bed. A bathroom with shower, 2 sinks and toilet. A mezzanine (completely secure) with two 90 cm beds. Extra bed and baby on request.

Equipment: washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, hob, television, DVD player, loan of games and DVDs for children, baby comfort (bed, chair, potty, bath, toys), WiFi, table and iron ironed, hair dryer, fondue set and raclette.

You will enjoy the covered swimming pool of 5 x 10 m (opening), it is heated by heat pump from mid-April to mid-October approximately (to be shared with the owners).

A semi-open lean-to consisting of a 6-seater spa and a sauna with a view of the pond.

Take advantage of the 3300 m² pond classified 1st category, possibility of "no kill" fishing (pike, carp, roach, gudgeon) and boat trip.

Access to the pond and swimming pool completely secure for children.

Games room of 72 m² (heated with supplement) with ping-pong, table football, billiards, weight machines, electronic darts, bar… is at your disposal on the first floor of a barn near the swimming pool.

5 m² sandpit for children, cabin, 2 swings, 2 slides, petanque, snowshoes, loan of bicycles...
Tennis at 3 km.

We are a family with 2 children aged 8 and 11 and an adorable dog who loves children that you can meet in the common areas.

Many small roads for hiking, family walks or bike rides in the heart of the countryside.

Many possible visits in the surroundings, the country is rich in nearly 900 years of Templar history.

The collegiate church of Dorat which is one of the most beautiful Romanesque churches in the Limousin.

You can visit Oradour-sur-Glane, a village which has remained intact and bears witness to Nazi barbarism.
You can also see: the Eureka mine museum, the porcelain museum, the giant labyrinth of Guéret, the wolves of Chabrière, the island of snakes, the lake of Saint Pardoux, the village of Montrol-Sénard, the Limoges aquarium, the Reynou zoo, the Gallo-Roman thermal baths of Chassenon, the reconstituted village of the Gauls of Esse, the magical yellow stones of Toulx...

You will also be 1 hour from Futuroscope, 2 hours from Vulcania, 2 hours from Rocamadour, Lascaux Caves and Gouffre de Padirac, 2 hours 40 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and 2 hours from the mountains.

In high season (July and August) arrivals are on Sunday from 4 p.m., departures on Sunday morning before 10 a.m.
