Bike pathIn Normandy, between Arromanches and Ouistreham, Séraphin invites you to his 49m2 apartment overlooking the sea, the marina, and Juno Beach Center! This apartment is a beautiful and very bright living space where the horizon changes colors every hour, where dining facing the sea, observing the boats and seagulls is a delight.
On the 4th floor with an elevator, the view is fabulous. Séraphin has prepared a comfortable cocoon for you: a lovely quiet bedroom with a 160cm bed, a large dressing room, and a loggia for drying clothes. A bathroom with a small window for ventilation, a spacious shower, and a great washing machine tucked under the sink. Séraphin provides soap and shower gel. The toilets are separate, which is so much better :)
In the living room, a "clic-clac" sofa accommodates children or friends. A flat-screen TV allows you to choose your channel on TNT, a dining area with a sea view; then, the equipped kitchen area with a dishwasher, a small fridge with freezer, a combined microwave grill oven, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker... What else? You'll also find some champagne flutes and a library with some books about Normandy.
Equipped with a parking space in a private courtyard, this apartment is 200 meters from the sandy beach, 500 meters from the shops. An ideal place to discover Courseulles-sur-Mer on foot and all the D-Day beaches by bike or car.
Gift during your stay : Ce qu'il faut pour démarrer le séjour sereinement : savon, gel douche, papier toilette, produit vaisselle... Et encore : un peu de sel, du poivre, du sucre, du café, du thé etc.

"Superbe"
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec mon conjoint à Courseulles-sur-mer.
L’appartement est situé au dernier étage. (pas de bruits et une magnifique vue mer donnant également sur le second port de courseulles)
Un cadre reposant entre vue mer pour le petit-déjeuner et bruit des mouettes.
Bien situé, nous avons pu profiter de ce jolie village côtier qui se trouve entre Caen et Bayeux mais également à proximité des différents sites du débarquement.
Merci à Carole et Xavier pour l’accueil.
Nous reviendrons rapidement et recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés !

"Très bon séjour normand !"
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Carole et Xavier. L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la proximité avec la mer et du centre ville de Courseulles. L'appartement, très bien équipé, se veut confortable avec une superbe vue sur le port et la mer.
A réserver sans hésiter.

"Situation idéale!"
Superbe appartement, la vue est top !
On voit bien que la rénovation est récente, bien pensée.
La localisation est idéale, Courseulles-sur-Mer est très sympa, tout est sur place(resto commerces etc…) mais proche de beaucoup de sites remarquables.
