Between Brie Comte Robert and Melun, this spacious and charming gîte is located in a small village which has retained its rural character, a stone's throw from the castles of Vaux le Vicomte and Blandy les Tours.

Perfect for visiting the many tourist sites available to you, exploring the countryside or simply meeting up with family or friends. You can relax in the summer, in the south-facing garden and around the swimming pool and share friendly moments.
Thanks to its proximity to major roads, it is also an ideal choice for your business trips.

To preserve the tranquility of the place, PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED.
A car is necessary to access shops located outside the village.
2 electric charging stations 200 meters away in the village.

Departure before 10 a.m. and arrivals from 5 p.m.
Early arrival and delayed departure possible thanks to an option of 120 euros which allows you to take advantage of the place

Depending on the season and on request, the house can be rented in 2 independent parts:
- The studio overlooking the courtyard with the white bedroom upstairs, the living room on the ground floor with a 140 cm sofa bed, a toilet and bathroom.
- The house with access to the garden and the swimming pool and the blue room and the red room. 7 beds max.
The configuration of the rooms can be configured with a double bed or 2 single beds. Quality bedding.

Beyond 6 p. additional costs of 15 euros / person / night.
