10 minutes from Montignac-Lascaux, this local stone house will seduce all lovers of the village atmosphere. You will appreciate the restaurants on the banks of the Vézère, its 12th century Romanesque church and its hiking trails in the heart of sumptuous and typical landscapes.
This house is perfectly located at the crossroads of Sarlat (25 km), Les Eyzies (14 km) and Montignac (10 km), ideal for family holidays and discovering the region.
You access the rental via a patio where a stone staircase guides you to the terrace and the entrance to the living room: the relaxation area is spacious and comfortable with its fireplace. You will have in the lounge area a television as well as two comfortable sofas. This room opens via French doors onto the terrace where a garden furniture awaits you to have breakfast, meals or enjoy a drink throughout the day.
You have 3 bedrooms at your disposal and 2 bathrooms each equipped with toilets.

"Le lieu parfait pour se ressourcer !"
Très bon acceuil convivial et chaleureux d'Anita, on prend le temps d'échanger et d'apprécier le récit de l'histoire des lieux. Très belle rénovation d'une maison ancienne, très bien située au cœur du village. La chambre était parfaite, salle de bain très propre et bien agencée, tout y est. Jusqu'au petit déjeuner copieux et savoureux. Nous sommes ravis de cette escapade en amoureux dans une si belle région.
Une chambre d'hôte et gîte qui correspond à ce que nous aimons à un prix tout doux , ici on prend le temps d'apprécier l'instant !

"Un excellent séjour d'automne"
Avec nos petits de 3 et 8 ans, nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'automne en famille. Situeé dans un village charmant, avec petit magasin d'alimentation et restaurants, la maison d'Augustine est idéalement située pour visiter la region: de nombreux lieux de visite sont à 15-20 minutes en voiture, sans oublier ceux de St Léon sur Vézère. L'accueil d'Anita est parfait. Prévenante et discrète, elle nous a permis de passer un séjour très agréable. La maison est très propre, très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Chaque soir après nos visites nous retrouvions le calme et le confort de cette très belle maison ancienne. Nous avons pu cuisiner agreablement pour nos petits avant de profiter du calme du lieu. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement pour éviter un sevrage complet de technologie!
