La Ferme de la Hamberie is an old farmhouse, completely renovated and converted into five gîtes, three of which are accessible to people in wheelchairs (bedrooms on the ground floor, fitted toilets and bathrooms.)

These five gîtes can accommodate 4 to 14 people for a group of up to 52 people.

They are located in the heart of a seven-hectare green estate nestled in the generous Normandy countryside of Calvados.

A few kilometers from the magnificent Suisse Normande, between Falaise and Caen, you will find all the tourist, historical and sporting activities you could wish for.

Each of the cottages has a private garden, you can relax there and enjoy the peace and quiet as well as by the shared swimming pool (accessible to people with reduced mobility).
For the youngest (or older children!) we have a large barn transformed into a playground and with a ping-pong table, a chessboard and a giant power of four, a table football and other little games.

Bed linen is included in our prices, the beds are made (duvets, pillows, mattresses) and we only provide bath mats = Be careful to take your own towels and tea towels for the kitchen.

The cottages do not have television!

A roll of toilet paper per toilet, one bath towel per bathroom, a sponge, a dishwasher tablet, cleaning products and cloths are provided in the gîte.
You also have a photo inventory in the cupboard doors and drawers so you know where to store all the supplies.

We do not accept NOISY parties or gatherings, our gîtes are quiet and family-friendly (except ONLY for New Year's Day)... we can provide you with the address of the village village hall for a party with musical entertainment in the evening/night.

The deposit of 500 euros deposited on your arrival will be returned to you three days after your departure (by mail or destruction) after a satisfactory visit to the gîte (Otherwise we will be obliged to withdraw this deposit.)

Additional fee of 100 euros PER animal and a deposit check of 500 euros per gîte.

The cleaning package is available all year round, except in July and August, and amounts to 80th for the Martin and Fournil gîtes, 100th for the Demeure gîte and 60th for the Larose and Goulet gîtes = Please note, with the cleaning package we still ask you to leave the dishwasher empty, the bed linen removed and the trash cans emptied.
(Without a cleaning package, you will have a cleaning instruction manual in order to
help you leave the lodges as you found them when you arrived!)

The Ferme de la Hamberie gîtes practice selective sorting, you have a special bin for glass and plastic to be placed in specialized containers in the heart of the village or in large supermarket car parks.

A bakery/pastry shop is located 2 minutes from our gîtes!
Falaise town is 10 minutes by car with a town center, all amenities, the castle of William the Conqueror as well as supermarkets. The Falaise market takes place on Saturdays.

The estate is located a stone's throw from Suisse Normande, 40 minutes from Caen, 10 minutes from Falaise and 1h30 from the landing beaches!... the region will offer you all the sporting, cultural, historical and gastronomic activities that will delight the whole family. family!... We will provide you with all the information on this subject on site!

We have a shared swimming pool with a launching seat, a large games room located in the old barn of the farm (ping-pong, table football, giant chess, etc.) and a football field with badminton!

We do not have a large common room, you rent the gîte for the number of people indicated on the ad! (Residence = 14, Martin = 12, Larose = 4, Goulet = 5, Fournil = 9) ...if you rent several gîtes, we can provide you with the contact details of the village village hall if you need them for big family meals.
