The independent house is located opposite the owners' house. It benefits from a plot of 700 m². The entire property is on enclosed grounds.
It consists of a small veranda, an equipped kitchen open to the living room with sofa and TV, a shower room, a WC and a laundry room.

The land at the back of the house allows you to enjoy a meal around the barbecue.

"Séjour en Dordogne"
séjour très agréable en juillet dans ce gîte bien équipé et propre ; accueil très chaleureux de Mr et Mme Bachelet , dans leur superbe propriété.
C’est un endroit parfait pour le repos , calme et à deux pas des commerces et activités de Neuvic.
Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte.

"Beau gîte au calme"
Je recommande la bonbonnière, jolie petite maison neuve, bien arrangée et très propre avec la clim. Grand terrain arboré et cloturé. , Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Le centre du village est à 2 minutes à pied.
