Interruption of stay:
In the event of interruption of the service by the customer, no refund will be made unless the reason for the interruption is covered by the cancellation insurance from which the customer benefits.
In the event of cancellation, the customer must imperatively inform the reservation center in writing. The date of the writing being authentic.
The contract "without cancellation insurance" provides for rentals in furnished accommodation:
If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days from the date of arrival: the entire deposit is retained.
If the cancellation occurs between 30 and 14 days: 60% of the amount of the stay is retained
If the cancellation occurs between 13 and 8 days or in the event of a no-show: 70% of the amount of the stay is retained
If the cancellation occurs between 7 and 1 days or in the event of a no-show: 80% of the amount of the stay is retained
In case of no-show: 100% of the amount of the stay is retained
The sums retained by the reservation center are those mentioned in the previous paragraph. To obtain reimbursement of any remaining sums, a claim file will be sent to the customer in order to request reimbursement directly from the broker.
In the event of cancellation by the Central Reservations Office, the customer will be immediately reimbursed for the sums paid.
