This rental is our main house. We rent it when we go on vacation. You'll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.
Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood, in a small family residence secured by an automatic gate.
It's a semi-detached house: on the first floor there's a kitchen, a storeroom, toilets and a large living room, as well as a 20m² terrace overlooking the garden.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the 1st floor. We offer 2 out of 3 bedrooms, both with air-conditioning and large walk-in closets:
- sleeping arrangements in the largest bedroom: double bed 160x200. Very thick mattress.
- small bedroom: pull-out bed ideal for 2 children.
Towels and sheets are provided.
A small swimming pool (known here as a "punch bowl") and barbecue are located in the garden.
Our house is a 10-minute drive from beaches, bars and restaurants.
We're in the center of the village of Trois-Ilets, where you'll find a bakery, a small supermarket, a pharmacy...
You can visit the island easily, and get to Fort-de-France with the shuttle bus just below the house.
We have 2 cats: Spirou (very independent, who you'll see mainly at mealtimes) and Mistigri (a purring machine who loves cuddles, and is very much part of our daily routine). We'd like you to be able to feed them morning and evening. They do not sleep in the house at night.

Leaving the airport, take the N5 towards Trois-Ilets.
After 10km, take the Trois-Ilets exit. Turn sharp right onto the D7 for 6km.
Once in the village, take the 1st exit at the pharmacy roundabout and cross the village to the Ilet Charles school (large orange building on your left).
Take the 2nd street on the left after the school, then :
- 4 speed bumps
- right-hand bend
- 2nd street uphill (allée bleu saphir)
- straight ahead to no. 23 "Les Jardins d'Athena"
