Pretty independent cottage in exposed stone, 3 Clévacances, on one level, surrounded by a garden, located 2 km from the village of Gondrin (all shops) and its magnificent leisure center, in the Armagnac region, the most touristic of the Gers .
Old character house, with all modern comforts.
Completely restored, it includes a living room-lounge with television, armchairs, modern kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, complete crockery, 3 bedrooms (new bedding, one with a 160 bed, one with a 140 bed, the 3rd with 2 90 beds), shower room, separate WC, shed.
Heating by electric convectors and stove (wood offered)
In the garden, a barbecue and an outdoor table allow meals to be taken outside. Sunbeds and garden chairs. Games for children: gantry swings, goal and soccer ball.

The Gers is renowned for its relaxed lifestyle, its gastronomy (foie gras, Armagnac, etc.) and its tourist sites (Gallo-Roman villa of Séviac, the Domus d'Eauze and its Treasure, the fortified village of Larressingle, Flaran Abbey, Collegiate of La Romieu, various castles (Lavardens, …)

The gîte is located 2 km from the Voie Verte, an old railway line (from Condom to Lagraulet) for walking, cycling, horse riding or rollerblading.
The Gondrin Leisure Park, laid out in a pleasant green setting of 15,000 m², allows you to combine rest in the countryside with swimming and entertainment. It includes 4500 m² of swimming (filtered water) with 4 slides, a wave area and a paddling pool with mini-slides for the little ones, as well as a leisure area (multisports ground, tennis court, etc.). We allow our holidaymakers to benefit from a preferential rate for entry to this Leisure Park.

From Gondrin, take the "Courrensan, Vic-Fezensac, Lannepax" road. Go 800 m and take the first road on the left with the sign "Domaine de Guillaman". Do 800 m more and you arrive at our place, a place called "Bourret". The gîte is 200 m further on, on the right.
