The apartment is comfortable for 4 people maximum. We recommend our tenants not to smoke inside the apartment.

Apartment maintained and clean on arrival of tenants,
either the owner is present and will hand over the keys, or there is a person appointed by the owner who will welcome you and be present when you leave.

Nearby International Tennis Center, International Golf Center, beaches, street the Flânerie, the port center with its restaurants, Chess Tournament next door
