The residence is located 5' from the beach and the first shops in Cap d'Agde. It is close to the city center and the port (6' Place St Clair), bounded by the pine forest of La Clape, the Lano park and the very beautiful sandy beach of La Roquille.

It is made up of terraced houses and two-storey buildings:

THE ADVANTAGES OF THIS RENTAL: air conditioning, Internet access, griddle, private parking, quiet and secure residence, terrace and garden of 45 m² enclosed by a hedge of shrubs with a gate.

- Large fitted kitchen/living room (24.18): 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, water heater, table with 4 chairs, etc...
- Living room with sofa, flat screen, coffee table, radio, free wifi, large bay window overlooking terrace and garden, shutter

-Terrace and garden area. Lighting for the evening meal is planned, installation of an outdoor socket to connect the plancha

Available on site: hair dryer, iron and ironing board, folding clothes lines, bagless vacuum cleaner.
An inventory, plan of the apartment, contract and location plan will be provided at the time of the reservation request.

The terrace on the ground floor (45 m²), surrounded by a hedge, is equipped with a table, 4 chairs, 4 relax armchairs, 1 awning protects the terrace as well as a corner for hanging up the laundry. The terrace is enclosed by a fence and shrubs.

The apartment is comfortable for 4 people maximum. We recommend our tenants not to smoke inside the apartment.

The area of the apartment (45 m² living space) does not include the area of the private terrace (45 m²)
Apartment maintained and clean on arrival of tenants,
either the owner is present and will hand over the keys, or there is a person appointed by the owner who will welcome you and be present when you leave.

(NB: barbecues are prohibited throughout the resort). On the other hand, at the level of the condominium, it is possible to use the plancha (provided by the owner).

To get to the beaches, use the footpaths leading to the Roquille beach. All shops nearby (Vival grocery store open 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., SPAR, ATM, tobacco shop/bazaar, bakery, shellfish merchant. Nearby International Tennis Center, International Golf Center, beaches, street the Flânerie, the port center with its restaurants, Chess Tournament next door
Large surface "Super U" or Intermarché in Agde (3km)

A booklet: addresses, emergencies, program, entertainment, sports, history is available in the apartment as well as the instructions for use of the various household appliances.

"un bel endroit"
appartement en rez-de-chaussée avec jardinet, très bien situé par rapport à la mer et aux commerces. bon couchage 4 personnes , très très propre , bien accessoirisé , cuisine bien équipée. Bref un endroit très agréable, on y retournera !
