At the initiative of the lessee:

Any termination of the contract at the initiative of the lessee must be sent to the lessor by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the address indicated at the top of the contract, the date of receipt by the lessor being taken as proof.
Terms of cancelation :

- More than 30 days before arrival = 30% of the reservation amount is due.

- From 30 to 21 days before arrival = 40% of the reservation amount is due.

- From 20 to 8 days before arrival = 60% of the reservation amount is due.

- From 7 to 2 days before arrival = 75% of the reservation amount is due.

- 2 days before arrival = 100% of the reservation amount is due.

If the lessee does not appear within 24 hours following the arrival date indicated in the contract, the contract will become void and the lessor will then be able to dispose of the premises and claim the balance of the rental amount.
The sums paid under the contract will remain with the lessor.

The deposit paid corresponds to the period initially provided for in the contract and is not transferable to another period.

If the stay is shortened, or if the planned event does not take place, the rental price will remain with the lessor, no refund will be made.

At the initiative of the lessor:

In the event of termination of this contract by the lessor before taking the premises, for any reason whatsoever except in cases of force majeure as provided for by the regulations in force or due to a third party, the lessor will reimburse the lessee the amount of the deposit received increased by 5%.

In the event of force majeure or due to a third party, another rental period will be offered to the lessee. If the latter cannot accept the new proposed period, the lessor will then reimburse the deposit received.

In both cases, the restitution of the amounts due will be sent to the lessee by bank transfer, within 15 days of notification of termination.

If for reasons related to Covid-19, your reservation should be canceled, we offer you either the possibility of being able to postpone your stay if you wish, or we will refund you in full the deposit paid at the time of reservation.
