Spacious holiday home where each bedroom has its own bathroom.
You will be close to the beaches (Carnac and Erdeven within 10 km), the wild coast (Quiberon, within 30 km) and the Gulf of Morbihan.
A GR 45 is 100 m away.
The town is home to a golf course, a body of water and the corkscrew (train to Quiberon July/August).
The cottage is as follows:
• on the ground floor :
- a living room with fitted kitchen, living room and lounge
- a large bedroom (160 bed) with shower room/wc
- laundry
- and a veranda
• on the 1st floor:
- 2 bedrooms with 160 bed (divisible into 2 x 80) and each with its own shower room/wc
• outside: an enclosed space with a garden equipped with a lounge, barbecue, table, chairs, deck chairs, as well as a courtyard for parking vehicles.
An electric charging station is 1.5 km from the cottage.
