Gîte Ty-Adrien Vallée du Blavet

Hiring for the holidays or short stays during all the year (week or weekend) of a rural lodging of a surface of 100m ² on two levels; any comfort, located in the valley of Blavet, natural and protected framework, envisaged for 4 people.

- On the ground floor :
A single volume for the living room, lounge area and equipped kitchen; traditionally furnished with exposed beams and a large fireplace
- Equipment: TV, LL, fridge, freezer, oven, hotplates, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cookware...
- On the 1st floor: bedroom with a 140 bed, bathroom with shower
- On the 2nd floor: bedroom with two 120 cm beds and 1 90 cm bed
- Exterior: a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, lawn, a laundry room with washing machine; parking of vehicles in front or on the side of the cottage. children

The rental includes: the supply of blankets, bolsters or pillows, mattress covers, household linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), is not provided except on request.

The cottage is located opposite the river Blavet, ideal for fishermen. Only the right part is rented, the tenants will therefore have no immediate neighbours.
