The gîte, an outbuilding adjoining our main residence, is located between the Church and the Château de Brélidy (small village of 300 inhabitants). The house is not overlooked, on a 2.5 hectare property...and has access to numerous hiking trails, forest and rural walks, interspersed with small streams...
The accommodation (approximately 70 m² useful) consists of: 2 bedrooms, including a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom, separate toilet corridor, a kitchen veranda of 20 m², extended by a terrace equipped with plancha, garden furniture
It overlooks nature, a pond, vegetable gardens available depending on the season, a paddock and meadows that can accommodate a few horses, ponies, etc.
Brélidy is also ideally located at the epicenter of the coastal arc of ARMOR (coasts: Granit Rose/Perros Guirec, Ajoncs/Paimpol, Goëlo/St Brieuc), 40 minutes from the wild beaches and authentic (Trégastel, Louannec, Trévou-Tréguignec, Port-Blanc, Buguéles, Binic...), sand and rocks, not far from small fishing ports: Locquivy, Buguéles...
You can discover the Bréhat Islands, its lighthouses and its glassworks, the Talbert furrow, the Plougrescant chasm, the Beauport Abbey, the Château de la Roche Jagu, undertake boat excursions on the Trieux or Jaudy rivers, or at sea, on a fishing sailboat bound for Île Grande, the Sept-Îles, a sanctuary for whales, seals, and seabirds, Cormorants, Gannets, Puffins, Gulls, Torda Penguins...
