Private pool Hiking trailsAfter crossing the electric gate, a car park allows you to safely park your vehicle in the fully fenced property. (closed garage for bikes and motorbikes if you wish).
You arrive by an alley of oleanders to your private terrace of approximately 45 m². It is surrounded by greenery, oleanders, bamboo, jasmine and lavender with a barbecue, deckchairs for the relaxation area and a table for your meals outside... moreover, from May to October, all meals can easily take yourself outside, from early breakfast to late dinner!
On the ground floor, a room with a fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious dishes with delicious products from local farms and producers... plus a lounge area for reading or resting in the cool air conditioning...
Upstairs, which is accessed by a miller's ladder, you will enjoy a very bright and air-conditioned bedroom with a view of the swimming pool and the property. The 160 bed can be transformed into twin beds. The bathroom has a large shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail...for lovers of reading, a large library is at your disposal.
Teleworkers will also find an office area there.
If you prefer swimming or paddling, the 11 x 4 swimming pool will delight you…for lovers of idleness or sunbathing, deckchairs and sunbeds are waiting for you!
Finally, if despite everything you want to reconnect? wifi works well!
And of course, La Villetta is ideally located between Vaucluse, Drôme Provençale, Gard and Ardèche to explore the many riches of this region, cultural, natural, sporting or gastronomic (in particular the vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône)!

"Super séjour"
Nous avons passé un super séjour. Un accueil parfait avec des personnes très sympathiques. Bollene est idéalement situé. Proche de l’Ardèche, Gard, Drome…. De supers villages à visiter. Vaison la Romaine, la Garde Adhemar…. De superbes vacances. Le gîte est très fonctionnel et agréable. Une super piscine! Séverine et Arnaud
