Gîte N°1 confort - Les Gîtes du Verdier

The whole is made up of 6 gîtes (2 gîtes of 36 m² and 4 gîtes of 24 m²) and a common room of 35 m² on a plot of 7000 m². It is located in the hamlet “Le Verdier” 1 km from Vollore Montagne (63120). This town is located at an altitude of 900 m in the PARC LIVRADOIS FOREZ in the heart of Auvergne and 10 minutes from the A89 motorway exit.

Description of the 36 m² cottage:
- on the ground floor: living room with kitchen, sofa/bed, entrance door onto the courtyard at the back and French window onto the lawn at the front
- upstairs: a couple's bedroom with 140 cm bed, a cabin bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom, a separate toilet

This cottage is completely restored in May 2020 (completely renovated, tiling, kitchen, bathroom, parquet floors, etc.)

Description of the 24 m² cottage:
- on the ground floor: living room with kitchen, sofa/bed, French window onto lawn at the front
- half floor: entrance hall, a couple's bedroom with 140 cm bed, a bathroom with a toilet

Description of common room 35 m²:
- Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo coffee maker, complete crockery…
