The cottages are in a charming little village, Le Chambon, in the town of Blassac, the village is very quiet, you will benefit from maximum sunshine, as far as contact with nature is concerned, the Allier river passes below the house, about 500m. Fishing, swimming, hiking and idleness are on the program...

Our haven of peace is located 3 minutes from Lavoûte-Chilhac, a village classified as the most beautiful village in France. Village of character, authentic and charming.

Lavoûte-Chilhac is very lively in season, all year round you will find local shops and services, bakery, butcher, mini-market, post office, bank, restaurants, bars...

The meanders of the Allier in the middle of the village, the priory or even the 15th century bridge are must-sees not to be missed under any circumstances.

The gîte is made up of 2 separate and neighboring buildings.

1 / The first, with a capacity of 15 people, is composed upstairs of a beautiful furnished terrace accessible from the outside, 2 bedrooms, a large attic dormitory, 1 large living/dining room equipped with a a giant screen. You will also have access to a kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 shared toilet, 1 lounge/reading area

On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shared toilet, 1 laundry room, a summer kitchen and finally 1000 m² of land with a view of the Allier valley and the famous hammock. The cottage has many indoor and outdoor games, a Weber barbecue.

The cottage benefits from the WiFi network. Depending on the operators, the mobile telephone network may vary. The finishing cleaning work will be carried out by us, they benefit from a compulsory fixed price. We provide you with a hammock, games for children, board games, a dart board, a badminton set...

Also at your disposal a washing machine, a dishwasher, a drying rack, an ironing board and an iron. We provide you with the duvets and their covers as well as the pillows and their pillowcases. When you arrive the beds are made. PLEASE NOTE towels are not provided unless you validate the towel option at five euros per person and per stay in the rental contract that you sign.

On the "kitchen" side, everything you need is on site, cutlery, plates, dishes, oven, microwave, food processor, Senseo coffee maker, raclette grill, fondue set and the essential barbecue!
