Our gîte is ideal for a stopover on a holiday journey or to rest for a few days in a calm and green countryside setting in a beautiful region. It is 2.5km from EPERNON station (train line to Versailles and Paris Montparnasse or Chartres). A room allows you to shelter the bikes overnight and you can easily recharge the battery of your VAE bike.

IDEAL FOR GOING TO THE OLYMPIC GAMES SITES THIS SUMMER.
The 65 m² (detached) gîte is located in a property secured by an electric gate.

The accommodation has a capacity of 4 people with:
• on the ground floor: entrance, kitchen, living room (TV with Netflix), bathroom with 140x80 shower, toilet
• upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a bedroom with two 90 cm beds
• enclosed garden of 300 m² with small pond

Parking is inside the property for 2 vehicles or motorcycles in reserved parking spaces or in a bicycle shed.

The house is on the Véloscénie road and very close to the GR 655. Its environment is calm. The village is on the edge of the Rambouillet forest, a superb place for walks.
In a fairly close radius, you can discover Rambouillet with the castle, the park, the Bergerie Nationale; the Château de Breteuil and the Château de Maintenon; the royal chapel of Dreux; Chartres and its cathedral… The gîte is surrounded by numerous reception rooms (weddings, etc.).

Deuxième séjour chez nous, à Emancé. L'occasion pour vous de voir votre famille. Il est dommage qu'Orange vous ait privé de télévision pendant 2 jours.... mais c'est indépendant de notre volonté!

Nous avons séjourné pour la deuxième fois dans ce gîte très agrèable, calme et très bien entretenu. Nous apprécions particulièrement l'accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse des propriétaires (dont les conseils de visites sont précieux).

"Séjour parfait."
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 jours dans ce gîte. Couple avec petite fille. Excellent accueil de Mme Leprince, le gîte est très bien équipé, agencé, propre et spacieux. Literie de qualité et propriétaire disponible et a l'écoute de nos demandes. Si nous devons revenir dans la région nous réserverons a nouveau ce gîte. Nous le recommandons à tous !

"Super gîte"
Nous avons passé un trop court séjour,mais a refaire surtout pour pousuivre notre promenade inachevé due a la pluie.
Maison tres agréable, propre, tout confort, propriétaire charmant et acceuil tres sympathique.
