Gîte "Les Lutins"

The cottage is perched at an altitude of 900 meters, in a small, very quiet mountain hamlet, in the middle of the woods, ideal for recharging your batteries and resting.

You will enjoy being awakened by the singing of birds, drinking spring water at the foot of the gîte, while enjoying an exceptional view.
Whether you are a hiker, cyclist, fisherman, skier or lover of naps... the gîte will meet each of your expectations.

A barn completely renovated in 2022 and well insulated:
• On the ground floor: 1 large living room of 30 m² with fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, TV, WiFi, 1 140 cm sofa bed + 1 armchair + 1 bathroom with Italian shower and WC
• Upstairs: 2 bedrooms + 1 cupboard for your belongings + a 2nd toilet:
- bedroom 1: 1 140 cm bed with 2 60x60 pillows + 1 130 cm sofa bed + 1 90 cm mattress to place on the floor to help out if necessary, 1 travel cot for baby
- bedroom 2: 1 140 bed with 2 60x60 pillows
/! sheets and towels are not provided. Many blankets available.

Not overlooked. The house seen next to it in the photos is empty.

Security deposit of €600 required on arrival.
It is not cashed and returned if there is no damage.
