This comfortable cottage of approximately 54 m² offers a large living room consisting of an equipped kitchen and a bright living room opening onto a covered terrace facing south facing the swimming pool.
This apartment is on the ground floor of a two-storey house where we live.

The apartment has two bedrooms:
- the first is equipped with a 160x200 cm bed (air-conditioned)
- the second with 2 beds of 90x200
The living room (air-conditioned) consists of a TV lounge area and an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge) as well as a table and 4 chairs
The bathroom has a shower, sink and hair dryer. The toilet is separate.

Exterior:
Table and 6 garden chairs on the covered terrace.
The *owner's swimming pool* (unheated, open from the end of May to September) of 9 x 4 m is completely secure. It is *to be shared* with the owner.

Close to shops (pharmacy, supermarket, greengrocer, bakery-pastry shop, bar-tabac).

Defiles of Ruoms, the Pont d'Arc, the Devil's bridge, visit of the classified villages, the Aven d'Orgnac, Ray Pic, the Gerbier-de-Jonc mountain, the Cave of the Pont d'Arc which restores to the identical to the Chauvet Cave, classified as a UNESCO heritage site.
