Producers and artisanal processors of red fruits (visit possible on site), Charlotte & Jean-Marie welcome you to their country cottage overlooking the promontory of the Arroux valley, facing the Uchon massif, near a peaceful typical hamlet. The cottage has a large partially shaded terrace which opens onto a pleasant enclosed garden with flowers and trees without vis-à-vis (swings and sandpit, barbecue).
Composition: Detached house adjoining the owners' home (total independence without vis-à-vis). Wireless. Electric heating. Fireplace + wood stove. Ground floor (fully fitted out for people with reduced mobility except bathroom): living room-kitchen-lounge (extra sofa 2 p. 140x190cm), 1 bedroom (electric multi-position bed 2 p. 140x190cm) bathroom (bath), shower room water (shower), separate wc. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (3 single beds 90x190cm, 2 of which can be combined into a double bed 180x190cm / double bed 160x200cm + single bed 80x190cm), shower room (shower), separate wc. Nous avons passé une semaine entre amis dans ce charmant gîte très bien équipé. Nous sommes ravis de l'accueil que nous ont réservés Charlotte et Jean-Marie:: accueillants et discrets, ils sont toujours disponibles pour répondre à vos attentes et vous conseiller. Leurs productions maison (confitures et sorbets de fruits rouges) sont ASTAP ;-)
De plus, ce gîte est très bien situé pour visiter les nombreux sites touristiques de la région. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

"Séjour du 6 au 13 mai 2023"
Gite très confortable et très spacieux avec 1 salle de bain, 2 douches et 2 toilettes.
Présence d’une petite bibliothèque avec une documentation très intéressante pour découvrir le morvan.
Cuisine équipée avec beaucoup et du très bon matériel.
Linge de maison en grand nombre et de qualité (serviettes de table, torchons, etc)
Gite bien situé (loin du bruit du monde) offrant calme et le jardin et la terrasse sont très agréables pour les dîners sur la terrasse.
Il est également bien situé par rapport aux nombreuses randonnées à faire : Uchon, Bibracte, lac des Settons, etc
L’accueil est parfait, efficace et chaleureux.
Le supermarché d’Étang sur Arroux est proche et de très bonne qualité et avec des produits locaux.
Et pour finir, nous avons apprécié la présence du poêle et des feux de bois.

Pour le petit bémol sur le wifi, nous savons désormais qu'un simple débranchement-rebranchement suffit à le remettre en route dans les rares cas où il ne fonctionne plus.
