Motorcyclists welcome Babies welcome Our Gîte de La Sagnotte is located in a small village of 280 inhabitants; it is a haven of peace at the gates of Cathar Country, nestled in the Montagne Noire.
On the ground floor: a large living room of 40 m² with fitted kitchen open to the living room with insert for pleasant outbreaks in season.
Baby high chair available.
Ground floor: Covered terrace with garden furniture and dining table
On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with a 160 bed, 1 bedroom with a 140 bed + SCREEN and a 90 bed and a bathroom with bath, washbasin, WC, washing machine.
For the little ones a cot is available on request.
Motorcycle/bicycle garage available on request. Unclosed private parking.
Sheets and tea towels are provided.
Tennis and bowling alley 2 steps away.
It is ideal for nature and mushroom lovers, hikers and fishing enthusiasts (many lakes nearby).
You will be 10 minutes by car from the Châteaux de Lastours, 10 minutes by car from Lac du Montagnès and its leisure center, 30 minutes from Carcassonne and its medieval city, 15 minutes from Mazamet with its golf course and its famous Passerelle from Hautpoul and 1h30 from the Mediterranean Sea.

"Exceptionnel"
Tout est parfait: l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire et toutes ses attentions pour le bien-être des visiteurs, la décoration chaleureuse et originale, les différents équipements, la fourniture des produits de base, la luminosité, une terrasse conviviale, et, très important... une excellente literie ainsi qu'une propreté irréprochable dans toutes les pièces. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cette maison. Je recommande vivement !
