Welcome to La Reine Des Prés. A unique building at the fine end of a granite plateau (930 meters above sea level), La Reine Des Prés offers a panoramic view of the Arzon gorges and the Mézenc Massif. You will be able to contemplate it in total calm.

We provide :
Pillows, duvets, mattress pads.
On prior request:
bed linen: 8 euros per person.

We ask :
To come without your pets, in order to ensure the peace of mind of our 2 cats and our dog.
To subscribe to a finishing cleaning package: €120

PRICES:
We rent by the week (Saturday to Saturday) or 7 nights at a rate of 850 euros all charges included (water, electricity, heating)

PASSENGER ACCESS:
In season, arrivals are from 5 p.m., departures before 11 a.m. Out of season, contact us for flexible hours.

OTHER NOTE: The reservation is conditional on the signing of a rental contract and the payment of a deposit of an uncashed check of 500 euros.

The cottage is composed as follows:
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
- 1 Bedroom for 4 people (1 bed 140x190, 2 bunk beds 90x190)
- 1 large open living room with a lounge area, a dining area and a kitchen area (equipped with all amenities)
- 1 large bathroom (shower)
- 1 WC

UPSTAIRS :

- 2 3-person bedrooms (3 beds of 80 x 190 that can be twinned)
- 1 double bedroom (2 twin 80 x 190 beds)
- 1 bathroom (shower)
- 1 WC

Equipment:
4-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. Small comfort household appliances.
2 Hair dryers.
Internet access via 4G (depending on your operator)

For you, Magali (osteopath) and Loïc (musician) have just completed the total renovation of this farmhouse built in stone a long time ago (in 1897). The photo album gives you an overview of the result: authentic, comfortable, warm. Their gîte is also part of an eco-responsible approach (photovoltaic panels, rainwater harvesting, etc.) Your hosts will reveal the many secret and wild trails of the Arzon gorges: relaxation in the heart of nature guaranteed! Without forgetting the proximity of the village (5 minutes by car) and accessibility to all shops in 10 minutes by car (Craponne/Arzon)
La Reine Des Prés, a harmonious residence of character, is also very functional, it has all the practical and modern equipment. Small corners of intimate comfort combine with large, intelligently designed spaces, such as an artistic practice room of more than 60m2! Their lodge is therefore an ideal place for any quality non-virtual meeting: family reunion, feasts with friends, artistic residency, internships and training.

The surrounding volcanic reliefs will offer you beautiful hikes (Mont Bar volcano (Allègre), lava flow of Bouriane, the organs of Montpeloux). Swimming lovers will find what they are looking for at the Chaise Dieu lake, on the banks of the Loire or at Lac du Bouchet. Outdoor sports enthusiasts will not be left out: mountain biking, climbing, horse riding, kayaking, paragliding, etc.
