On the ground floor: large living room composed of a dining area, a lounge area with sofa armchairs and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen area, laundry room with all the necessary washing machine, wc .
Upstairs: a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a mezzanine bedroom opening onto the living room with 90 cm beds, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, electric heating in all rooms.
Covered shelter for terrace as well as a covered garage for one car.
The cottage located south of the Lot with an hour's reach allows you to visit the most beautiful sites in the department, a bit of Aveyron (Villefranche-de-Rouergue, Belcastel, etc.), Tarn-et-Garonne (Moissac …), Tarn (Cordes-sur-Ciel, Bruniquel, Puycelsi …)
The cottage is located in the countryside, ideal for resting, for sports enthusiasts hiking trails, mountain biking to discover the causse with its washhouses, gariottes, dry stone walls and lots of beautiful things...
