On the garden level, the spacious living room has a fireplace with insert, a fully equipped kitchen area and a lounge. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, the bathroom has a bath, double sink and heated towel rail. Upstairs, the sleeping area offers 4 additional beds, with a double bed and 2 single beds, divided into 2 attic spaces, separated by a curtain.
Located in a peaceful hamlet, 11 minutes from the town of Neuvic and all the shops, the house has open grounds of one hectare, a pleasant covered terrace, with barbecue and garden furniture, shaded by a wisteria.

"Gite impeccable"
tout était parfait. Bon accueil beau gîte propre et spacieux décoré avec goût. Nous n étions là que pour 2 jours mais nous avons hâte d'y retourner plus longtemps. Félicitations à Christophe très agréable.
