Gîte 3 Keys, classified and labeled, declared in town hall.
Well located, in the countryside, 7 minutes from Aubenas and 30 minutes from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, the gîte is on the ground floor, the floor above is inhabited by the owners (individual house).

The cottage benefits from a private paved courtyard, shaded, with garden furniture and barbecue; the entrance is on the side of the house.

The accommodation has a stone vault on the bedroom and living room side with solid pine wood furniture (2m10 maximum vault height) and on the kitchen, bathroom, WC side: plain white vaults.

Its surface area: 53 m² for 2/3 people with a large 160x200 bed on the bedroom side and a 90x190 single bed on the living room side.
The kitchen opens onto a bay window and has a window.
The living room overlooks the courtyard. The bedroom with the double bed and a large closet is at the end of the large "living room" room.
It is a dividing wall that delimits it, without a door.

The front door opens onto a private courtyard of around 16 m² with a view of a small flower garden bordering the road leading to the gîte then to the La Ribeyrasse district, a dead end street.
The accommodation is well equipped, comfortable, quiet. The vault, one meter thick in places, insulates well from the upper floor of the house.
There is only one close neighbor behind the house. The environment is a countryside landscape (greenery, trees, fields)

Beautiful exposed stones, vaults typical of traditional Ardèche houses. It is comfortable, warmly decorated and the kitchen is well equipped.
The bathroom has a shower, a sink, a washing machine. The toilets are independent.

In the surroundings, large green spaces. and on the outskirts of the gîte, a small road (dead end) leading to ten houses 400 meters further.
Two car parks are available approximately 20 m from the gîte.

Barely 2 km away is a large shopping center with shopping arcade (hairdresser, florist, optician, pharmacy ...), then a doctor's office, banks, bakery, greengrocer, butcher, restaurants in the village (2.5 km) and other amenities..

Many medieval villages to visit 8 - 10 km, rivers, hiking, caves (Grotte de Chauvet), lavender and silk museums, cinema and bowling in Aubenas, mini-golf, canoeing (10 min) ...

Animals are accepted at the gîte after agreement with the owners.
