Ideal cottage for 2, possible 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) located in the countryside, between Loire and forest, 5 minutes from Orléans, at the gates of the valley of castles and Sologne, the "l'Atelier cottage " take place.
Former workshop, completely renovated, in an industrial style, it consists of a living room with equipped kitchen open to the dining room-living room, a bathroom with shower and WC, a suspended mezzanine bedroom of 16 m² (low ceilings in certain places because it is atypical in its suspended mezzanine style) with 1 double bed and a terrace (20 m²) an enclosed garden 28 m² as well as parking.
1 140x190 bed in the mezzanine bedroom and a double sofa bed (high quality sleeping) in the living room. Ideal for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children.
The atypical side of the cottage with its suspended mezzanine means that the ceiling height is lower than normal
All amenities nearby (1 or 2 km): supermarket, bakery, bike rental, restaurant, park, etc.
Ideal for tourism, business trips, family celebrations, small business seminars, you will find an atypical gîte in a pleasant environment.
From the cottage you can enjoy walks in the forest, meeting animals, horses, chickens, geese.
This cottage can be combined with the juxtaposed “les Hauts de Bel Air” cottage, 8-10 people to accommodate your whole family in the same place!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce gîte. Parfait pour deux personnes. Décoration soignée, tout est neuf. Place pour se garer très pratique
