Bocce ball courtThe Domaine des Roseraies is made up of two pretty typical Norman houses on a 5200 m² estate, in a quiet village, 10 minutes from the first beach, 20 minutes from the landing beaches and the American cemetery.
The Flaubert cottage is a pretty typical Norman house on a plot of 5200 m², in a quiet village, 10 minutes from the first beach, 20 minutes from the landing beaches and the American cemetery.
The spacious and warm living room welcomes you with its beautiful fireplace and its equipped kitchen on the ground floor.
The sofa bed can accommodate one person.
The two bedrooms, upstairs, each accommodate two travelers in a cozy nest. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
A charging station for electric cars is available in the parking lot of the gîte.
You will be able to enjoy a very soothing environment, with the large enclosed garden not overlooked by the estate, the view of the Bessin marshes to the north, and to the south at the top of the property of the fields with Norman cows and view of the village church.
You will find all the necessary comfort for a pleasant and rejuvenating stay in the middle of the Bessin, in a magnificent region steeped in history.
Petanque ground and closed bicycle garage.
