Access is through a large glass door. In the small entrance hall, you have access to 2 bathrooms, one with a dry toilet and one with a flush toilet. The main room with its stone walls welcomes you, with the open kitchen area featuring a dishwasher, dining area, and living room.
At the back, there are 2 bedrooms with beds measuring 160x200, and on the mezzanine, there are 3 beds measuring 90.
You can park your vehicle in front of the cottage. From this location, a staircase descends to the outdoor space with a table, chairs, parasol, and barbecue.
Swimming is possible 1 km away in the Lot River.
We also offer a studio for 2 people for rent.
Around Balaguier-d'Olt, you can kayak, visit caves and chasms, go hiking or biking, and reconnect with nature. Balaguier-d'Olt is located 20 minutes from Figeac, 25 minutes from Villefranche-de-Rouergue, 35 minutes from Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, 55 minutes from Cahors, 1 hour from Rocamadour, 1 hour from the medieval town of Gourdon, and 1 hour 20 minutes from Sarlat-la-Canéda.

"magnifique gîte"
Magnifique gîte pour petit groupe (maxi 7). Grande pièce commune, décor bois, cheminée (allumée à l'arrivée), grande table, salon. Cuisine très bien équipée. Chambres spacieuses. Extérieurs aménagés. Super calme. Gérante dans maison à côté, dispo au moindre tracas.
Et les chats sont des amours ! Merci pour ce beau séjour qui nous a fait du bien.
